If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to support@chiquelife.com. In your message indicate your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation. We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.

We generally ship within two days of receiving a cleared payment. We use USPS for most packages, and UPS for heavier items.
Your package should arrive within 3-4 days of shipping, or within 7 days if UPS Ground is used. Your tracking numbers are always emailed to you when the package ships.
If you paid for an order more than 10 days ago and haven't received it, please send an email to support@chiquelife.com and include your name, order number, and email address. A representative will email you back with information about your order. |
